PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is first welded using black wire or galvanized wire and then processed with thermal dipped PVC/Vinyl coating. Plastic material is a better way to keep moisture and air from steel rusting. SPIDER PVC-coated welded wire mesh has a smooth, thick, uniform coating that won't peel or crack even when exposed to harsh marine environments, and the life time will be longer.
DESCRIPTION
PVC coating offers relatively low costs, elasticity, corrosion resistance, and good insulation properties. The application range of PVC mesh extends from machinery protection and construction fencing to salt and freshwater trap applications. PVC-coated welded wire mesh comes in two forms: rolls and panels, available in green, black, yellow, blue, white, or other colors as per customer requirements.
Finished PVC-coated welded wire mesh exhibits high corrosion resistance. Galvanized welded wire mesh is coated with a thick layer of PVC, tightly bonded to the metal wire through heat treatment, providing dual protection. The vinyl coating not only seals the wires from water and other corrosive elements but also protects the underlying mesh with the zinc coating. This welded mesh has various applications, including attractive courtyard and garden fences, pool fencing, kennel flooring, dog enclosures, animal cages, and lobster traps.
